This postpartum care package is perfect for first time parents! I am with you prenatally through the first 6 weeks postpartum. We will meet 2 times before baby is born where we will discuss any concerns and/or questions you may have, create a postpartum plan together and get to know eachother a little better. After baby is here I will come to your home for six, 3 hour visits. Each visit will be different depending on whats going on that day and what you need support with. One visit may be mostly answering questions and assisting with breastfeeding or it may be a day where you need some pampering, quiet and loving support. This package aims to support, empower, honor and assist in postpartum healing and recovery. 

 

This Package includes:

*Prenatal Visits: Includes 2 prenatal visits where we will create a postpartum plan where you can address your desires for your postpartum.

*In-home Visits: Includes 6 ( 3 hour) visits in the comfort of your own home.

*Newborn Care Assistance: Guidance and hands-on support with baby care, including feeding, diapering, bathing and soothing techniques.

*Breastfeeding Support: Help and encouragement with breastfeeding techniques, latch support, pumping and addressing common breastfeeding challenges from an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

*Emotional Support: Emotional guidance and a listening ear for new parents as they navigate the emotional challenges of parenthood. 

*Physical Support: Postpartum physical support is essential for promoting the well-being of new mothers, aiding in their recovery process, and ensuring a smoother transition into motherhood. Visits include, healing warming therapies, belly binding, herbal medicinal postpartum bath and closing of the bones ritual.

*Resources: I provide information on local support groups, providers and additional services available in the community.
