This package includes one prenatal visit at your convenience, allowing us to connect, discuss your expectations, concerns and any questions you have about the postpartum time. Every mother and family is unique, with individual needs and preferences. That’s why I tailor every visit to exactly what you and your family need during that specific time. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and confidence, educate you with evidence-based information, and pamper you with relaxing and rejuvenating treatments, so you can thrive in your postpartum journey.

Thrive Package
Thrive Package
The Thrive package is designed to support you throughout your entire first 40 days postpartum. Starting before your baby arrives, I’ll be with you for the full forty days following birth. In addition to the nurturing care offered in the Rest and Rejuvenate package, Thrive includes the special Closing of the Hips ritual, relaxing warm oil massages, and a postpartum wellness gift box. With twelve additional visits tailored to your specific needs, you’ll receive extended, personalized care and pampering to support your postpartum recovery and well-being.
